Compared with EEBC , regular BC PNP programs do not require language capabilities except for  B, C, D skill type of job. The employer needs to provide a permanent job offer and the applicant needs to have 9 months or 2 years work experience depending on different categories. BC PNP skills immigration has the following categories: Skilled Worker, Entry Level and Semi-skilled and EEBC-Skilled Worker.
