OINP Skills Immigration has Foreign Worker Category and Ontario Express Entry. Foreign Worker Category requires applicants to have a permanent job offer and 2 years of relevant work experience.

Ontario Express Entry has two sub-categories: Human Capital Priority Stream and French-speaking Skilled Worker Stream. Both streams have prerequisites that applicants qualify for Canadian Experience Class or Federal Skilled Worker and become EE candidates.
