YNP Skills Immigration requires employers to post recruitment ads and prove that they can not find a suitable local candidate. Employers need to provide a permanent job offer. Applicant must have 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience. The education required is high school. YNP Skills Immigration has three programs: Skilled Worker Program, Express Entry and Critical Impact Worker Program.
